Can I modify core strategy logic?+
Core logic remains managed to preserve strategy integrity. You can modify risk and sizing parameters. Custom logic licensing is available for enterprise clients.
What support is included with a license?+
Starter includes documentation and email support. Pro adds priority support and backtest reports. Elite includes a dedicated manager and proactive monitoring when the managed option is selected.
How do I test before going live?+
Use the demo bridge and simulation mode to validate EAs on your demo account. We recommend at least 2-4 weeks of demo performance before live deployment.
Are backtests audited?+
Backtest reports are illustrative and provided for transparency. They are not third-party audited unless explicitly contracted as an enterprise service.
